The Mississippi State Department of Health is reporting 516 new cases of COVID-19.�
Today�s report brings the state�s total number of cases up to 127,205. Zero additional deaths were included in the latest MSDH report. To date, 3,443 Mississippians have passed away from the virus.�
Over the weekend, the state saw higher totals including 1,031 new cases on Saturday and 804 on Sunday.
Hospital data hasn�t been updated since Friday when overall hospitalizations saw a slight increase.�
So far, estimated recoveries have not yet been updated for the week.�
Currently, the following 16 Mississippi counties remain under a mask mandate and stricter social distancing guidelines.
Benton, Carroll, Chickasaw, Claiborne, DeSoto, Forrest, Harrison, Itawamba, Jackson, Jones, Lamar, Leake, Lee, Madison, Marshall & Neshoba
The mandate is set to expire on November 11th.
